Voice Mail Service merupakan layanan terbaru yang dikembangkan oleh BYRU untuk membantu para pelanggan yang memiliki mobilitas tinggi, Khususnya BYRU R190 dan BYRU MARINE FR190M. Sseluruh Pelanggan BYRU secara otomatis telah memiliki fitur Voice Mail Service.

Voice Mail Service features is a newly introduced service provided by BYRU in complementing the ever mobile subscriber. By default all BYRU PSN subscriber has been setup (setup in R190 handset and FR190M) to accommodate this new service.

Nomor Akses 123 (Access Number 123)
Akses ke Voice Mail dapat dilakukan dengan menekan nomor "123". Setelah itu akan terdengar pesan dari IVR (Interactive Voice Response) yang menyatakan ada tidaknya pesan. Untuk mendengarkan pesan pengguna akan diminta untuk memasukkan nomor PIN.

Simply dial "123" from your Satellite Phone and you will hear a notification on voice mail availability. An IVR (Interactive Voice Respone) will guide you through the process. Enter the correct Pin and you are ready to hear your voice messages.

PIN Pertama (PIN Code)
Nomor PIN pertama untuk semua pengguna ByRU Voice Mail adalah "1234".

To access Voice Mail Service via your Satellite Phone, your default PIN code would be "1234".

Akses dari PSTN (Access From Number PSTN)
Untuk akses Voice Mail dari PSTN, dapat dilakukan dengan menghubungi nomor akses "0868 19000 123", setelah terdengar IVR, akan diminta memasukkan nomor ByRU dan PIN pengguna.
Akses dari PSTN hanya dapat dilakukan jika PIN telah dirubah dari PIN pertama.

You can access your Voice Mail service not only from your Satellite Phone but also from your PSTN number (land line number). By simply dialing access number "0868 19000 123". You will hear an IVR respone. Follow through the IVR and enter the correct PIN code. For Voice Mail retrievial via a PSTN Network you would initialy need to alter your default PIN code (default PIN "1234") from the Satellite Phone connection.
